(e) service calls as required at any time which relate to machine malfunction

(a) the space, electrical outlet, water inlet, and drain
(b) obtain qualified plumbing assistance to make final connections to accommodate installation of equipment
(c) obtain all permits necessary for installation and operation of equipment
